3.5 Start-up Procedures
The coordinating centre will be in close contact with the Principal Investigator and, if feasible, will visit the site before the trial is started. The following matters may be discussed:

Protocol queries
- Practical details of how the trial will be conducted on the site
- Ensure study documentation has been completed
- Discuss drug storage and availability to staff members
- Standard Operational Procedure for site initiation and training staff members in protocol related matters
